We are moving away from traditional "workflow" software toward Autonomous Accounting—systems that don't just track tasks but execute them using AI and advanced logic. We need a PM who is ready for a Senior role: someone who can talk to CFOs, understand their data complexities, and translate those into scalable, automated product solutions with high autonomy.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>1. Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive EDA on financial datasets (General Ledger,Sub-ledgers,Bank Statements) to identify why automation agents (Matching,Amortization, Accruals) are underperforming.<br>2. You will spend significant time analyzing raw financial datasets to identify patterns of manual work.<br>3. Performance Benchmarking: Define and track metrics to prove the ROI of your product to global enterprise clients.<br>4. Building "Out-of-the-Box" (OOB) Solutions: Shift our product from "custom-built for one" to "standardized for many."&nbsp;<br>5. End-to-End Roadmap: Own the lifecycle for complex financial modules (Reconciliations, Amortizations, Accruals, and Intercompany). You will be responsible for the "Green" status of your product’s health across our global client base.<br>6. Work with global implementation partners to ensure the product can be deployed rapidly without heavy engineering intervention.Technical Design: Write high-quality PRDs that bridge the gap between accounting logic and engineering execution.<br>7. Lead a squad of Developers, UX Designers, and QA Engineers. You are expected to manage your backlog and prioritize features based on hard data and market demand.<br>8. Communicate roadmap, updates, and progress with leadership and cross-functional partners.<br>9. Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and refine product direction.<br>10. Support sales, customer success, and marketing with product expertise and collateral.<br><br><strong>Skill &amp; Experience Needed<br><br></strong>MBA or equivalent experience in product/technology domains.<br>Exposure to AI/ML-driven SaaS products is advantageous.<br>Experience in fintech, ERP, or enterprise automation products (bonus).<strong><br></strong>5–10 years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software.<br>Experience building or managing complex workflow products, finance/ERP/automation products is a plus.<br>Proven track record of shipping high-impact features and owning end-to-end product lifecycle.<br>Strong product strategy, problem-solving, exploratory data analysis and analytical abilities.<br>Ability to write structured &amp; clear PRDs, and manage agile product development.<br>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.<br>Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and modern SaaS architecture<br><br><strong>What You’ll Get<br></strong><br>Competitive salary.<br>Fun-filled work culture (https://www.highradius.com/culture/).<br>Equal employment opportunities.<br>Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
