The role will support the core Ascend roadmap and day-to-day product execution.</p> <p>You will work with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to help deliver features, improve platform workflows, and support go-to-market success.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid PM role with real surface area. You won't be inheriting a mature roadmap and keeping the lights on — you'll be helping define what Ascend becomes. If you want to ship best-in-class, innovative healthcare products built on the latest AI, and help drive what we launch over the next year, this is the seat.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives.</li> <li>Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.</li> <li>Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration.</li> <li>Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success.</li> <li>Track product performance and adoption metrics; surface insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements.</li> <li>Maintain strong product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials.</li> <li>Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></h4> <ul> <li>2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role.</li> <li>Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.</li> <li>Experience querying databases using SQL</li> <li>Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.</li> <li>Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Proactive, curious, and energized by a high-growth environment where the roadmap evolves quickly.</li> </ul> <p>The base salary range for this role is&nbsp;<strong>$85,000-$130,000</strong></p> <p>Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Important Notice</strong></p> <p>To protect candidates, please note that all communication from our team will come directly from an @impiricus.com email address.
