Senior Product Manager

<p>We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;an experienced and forward-thinking product manager with a thorough understanding of today’s challenges and opportunities in the field of&nbsp;interoperability,&nbsp;integration&nbsp;and API-driven development, to help meet the needs of&nbsp;our customers connecting systems and services to model business processes and build connected applications.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Product Manager, you will play a&nbsp;leading&nbsp;role in creating the product strategy&nbsp;and roadmap, defining new product capabilities based on market needs, and executing the delivery of technology and applications to enterprises running life-critical applications on InterSystems products.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be working closely with stakeholders from across the organization, including the&nbsp;integration &amp; platform&nbsp;engineering teams, cloud operations, sales engineering and marketing, as well as key customers, ensuring everyone has a common understanding of the specific challenges we’re facing, their relative priority, and the solutions we’re implementing to address them.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively engage with customers, prospects, and industry experts to identify gaps in our portfolio; leverage market research to inform build/buy/partner decisions for addressing those gaps; and build effective working relationships with technology partners.</li> <li>Based on market research, analysis and&nbsp;expertise, formulate a strategy and roadmap&nbsp;for our existing and new product offerings around interoperability,&nbsp;integration&nbsp;and&nbsp;full-stack development.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align product development and technology partnerships with user needs and business goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive excitement, adoption, and satisfaction for new product releases by ensuring that InterSystems stakeholders and partners are well-prepared with the appropriate information, collateral, and messaging.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in software engineering or product management are a plus.</li> <li>At least 7 years of experience with integration products and technologies, such as data integration, business process modeling, API management, web services, etc.</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solution Architect.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Python or comparable programming language, REST, and JSON.
