M0 keeps them independent, so your stablecoin stays yours.</p> <p>M0 is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our organization. As Senior Product Manager, you will report directly to our Chief Architect and own a core area of the M0 platform end-to-end — partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market to define what we build, ship it, and scale it with the builders and institutions who rely on M0 as critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, a track record of shipping products to developer or infrastructure audiences, and the judgment to operate with significant autonomy under ambiguity.</p> <h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the roadmap for your product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements.</li> <li>Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping, especially where smart contracts, compliance, and security constraints shape what’s possible.</li> <li>Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with go-to-market, partnerships, and BD to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth.</li> <li>Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives — to align internal teams and external partners.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent shipping technical products to developer, fintech, or infrastructure audiences.</li> <li>Strong technical fluency — you don’t need to write production code, but you hold your own in architectural discussions and understand how systems fit together.</li> <li>Track record of owning products end-to-end, including discovery, scoping, launch, and post-launch iteration.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain complex systems simply and make sharp prioritization arguments on paper.</li> <li>Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data; you know which metrics matter and why.</li> <li>Genuine curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money — or a clear track record of ramping quickly in complex new domains.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience working on stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or payment infrastructure.</li> <li>Experience building developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs used by technical end-users.</li> <li>Background at a crypto-native company, fintech infrastructure provider, or early-stage startup.</li> <li>Familiarity with smart contracts, EVM-based protocols, or onchain systems.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Skills &amp; Attributes:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Proactive problem solver: </strong>You have a forward-thinking mindset, actively identify opportunities for improvement, and take decisive action to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative communicator: </strong>You foster relationships with finance experts, blockchain specialists, engineers, and designers — and translate fluently between them.</li> <li><strong>Bias toward action: </strong>You’d rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect clarity, and you make strong decisions with incomplete information.</li> <li><strong>Delivery-focused: </strong>You have a clear understanding of the objectives and goals and direct your efforts towards achieving them.
