You’ll own the roadmap and execution from concept to launch, ensuring that what we build delivers real value to our users.<br>This role is ideal for individuals with a strong <strong>technical background and hands-on experience in cybersecurity</strong>, who are eager to shape the future of identity security and platform innovation.<br>You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define, build, and launch secure, scalable solutions that address real-world security challenges.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for core security features.</li> <li>Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and requirements to launch and adoption.</li> <li>Engage deeply with customers, security practitioners, and partners to gather insights and validate use cases.</li> <li>Drive decision-making using data, research, product telemetry, and customer feedback.</li> <li>Write clear, actionable PRDs and technical specifications that guide execution with precision.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals and technical constraints.</li> <li>Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful launches, enablement, and adoption.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity, or identity management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down logically, and propose actionable solutions</li> <li>A deep curiosity for how systems work and a drive to simplify complexity</li> <li>Proven ability to execute cross-functional projects under constraints</li> <li>Excellent collaboration skills, you work across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership with confidence and empathy</li> <li>Comfortable working across time zones and communicating with distributed teams.</li> <li>Strong communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus Points</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with IAM, PAM, IGA, or machine/service identity platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and identity governance</li> <li>Experience launching technical products end-to-end</li> <li>Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience</li> <li>Background in non-human identity domains&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>At Oasis Security we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
