Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong cybersecurity background to help shape the evolution of our cybersecurity platform and security services portfolio.

We are seeking someone who understands cybersecurity technologies, services, and customer security challenges, and can translate them into product capabilities, platform features, and service innovations.

You will own the definition of product capabilities, platform features, and service enhancements, ensuring they deliver meaningful customer and business value. Working closely with our Product Lines, Technology, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will transform cybersecurity concepts and market needs into clear product definitions and implementation-ready requirements.

What you’ll do

Product Definition & Capability Design

• Define new platform features, service capabilities, and product enhancements.
• Transform customer requirements, operational challenges, and market opportunities into structured product concepts.
• Create conceptual designs, workflows, use cases, capability models, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into implementation-ready specifications.
• Define acceptance criteria and support validation of delivered capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Roadmap Execution

• Drive alignment across Product, Technology, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Commercial teams around shared product priorities and outcomes.
• Support internal enablement by clearly articulating product capabilities, value propositions, and service definitions.
• Ensure a consistent understanding of product scope, capabilities, and roadmap direction across stakeholders.

Product Lifecycle Management & Evolution

• Guide products through their lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch activities (e.g., performance tracking and enhancements), including end-of-life (EOL) management.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
• Support product evolution, enhancements, and controlled change.
• Support discovery efforts and market research, helping integrate customer and market insights into the product roadmap.

Who We’re Looking For

We expect you to have:

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity technologies, services, or operations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and customer security challenges.
• Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into structured requirements and product definitions.
• Experience creating solution designs, workflows, use cases, specifications, or functional requirements.
• Strong execution mindset, with the ability to drive product outcomes through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

What This Role Is Not

• Not a project management role.
• Not a Scrum Master or delivery coordinator role.
• Not a backlog administration role.
• Not a pure business analyst position.
• Not suitable for candidates whose primary experience is Product Ownership or Project Management without a strong cybersecurity foundation.
