Define what gets built, when, and why – spanning billing, pricing, access control, endpoints, metrics, observability, and account management.</li> <li><strong>Drive 0-to-1 product development: </strong>Lead the design and launch of new product lines including seamless custom model hosting, agentic workflow support, voice agent infrastructure, and enterprise management capabilities.</li> <li><strong>Build a best-in-class developer experience: </strong>Ensure every API, dashboard, and workflow is fast, intuitive, and delightful. Set the bar at “customers get set up on their first call” – speed and responsiveness are superpowers.</li> <li><strong>Bring structure and discipline: </strong>Establish the product planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional coordination that a rapidly scaling company needs.
