About the role

 

Translation Empire PK is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our product or service, from initial concept to launch and ongoing maintenance. This role involves driving development, managing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement to meet business goals.

·       Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

·       Develop and prioritize a product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

·       Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.

·       Define product requirements, create user stories, and specify key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.

·       Develop and oversee product training and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

·       Monitor pre- and post-launch performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

·       Regularly review and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

·       Identify opportunities for enhancements, updates, or retirement of products and services as needed.

·       Ensure seamless integration of customer feedback into future product iterations.

·       Act as the product's primary advocate, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.

·       Manage live systems including deployment and backup on live servers.

·       Design and manage Database for new/current systems.

·       Code management for all the projects being developed, TFS repos creation, users and roles management.

·       Design/Create/Review technical documents 

·       Create technical workflows, wireframes s

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

·       Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in product development.

·       Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·       Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

·       Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Work from Office.

10am-7pm.
