About the role

White Swan Data is currently seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our innovative data products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap reflecting market trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product planning, development, and launch.
  • Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance assessment.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Proven experience as a Product Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct market research and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development processes.
  • Ability to work independently and with key internal and external partners
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt rapidly to changing business conditions
  • Proficiency in using data for informed decision-making and measuring product performance.
  • Project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
  • Technical acumen, understanding technology, and effective communication with technical teams.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, embracing change and uncertainty.
  • Knowledge of betting and football in particular beneficial.
  • Trading systems knowledge is beneficial.
