Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.<br></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt;">Drive the roadmap for the future of Fivetran’s API connector development including leveraging AI to auto-generate connectors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt;">Manage the product roadmap &amp; backlog for the Lite connector portfolio by balancing new connector development, and adding new features to existing connectors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt;">Perform in-depth data analysis and customer research to identify areas of opportunity for improvements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt;">Partner with &amp; lead cross-functional teams across various functions to execute the product roadmap</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt;">Establish and oversee the tracking of various product health metrics, ensuring that the connectors remain well-aligned with customer requirements &amp;
