Senior Product Manager - Dashboard & Enterprise Operational Platforms

<p>Marqeta is seeking a <strong>Senior Product Manager for Marqeta Dashboard &amp; Enterprise Operational Platforms</strong> to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of the systems that power financial operations at scale.&nbsp;This role owns the Marqeta Dashboard, the core operational interface used by customers, bank partners, and internal teams to manage card programs, investigate transactions, handle disputes, and monitor performance.</p> <p>You will build the tooling that enables operations teams to run financial products efficiently and securely, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, scalable systems. This includes opportunities to introduce AI-driven automation, improve operational visibility, and reduce manual effort across the platform.&nbsp;You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, CX, and Data teams to deliver high-impact solutions that sit at the center of how Marqeta operates.</p> <p>The Marqeta Dashboard is where operations happen. We’d love for you to join us!</p> <p>This position is for an existing vacancy.</p> <p><strong>The Impact You’ll Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and drive the roadmap for the Marqeta Dashboard and enterprise operational platforms</li> <li>Build tools that streamline workflows across:</li> <ul> <li>Card and account management</li> <li>Transaction investigation</li> <li>Disputes and servicing</li> <li>Operational controls and monitoring</li> </ul> <li>Deliver dashboards and reporting that provide real-time operational visibility</li> <li>Design systems that support secure, compliant financial operations (identity, permissions, governance)</li> <li>Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, case management, support tooling, data platforms)</li> <li>Identify and deliver AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work</li> <li>Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, workflow-driven experiences</li> <li>Translate operational pain points into scalable product solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>5-8+ years of product management experience</strong> building enterprise software or operational platforms, with a focus on tools for operations teams (support, risk, disputes, program management)</li> <li><strong>Strong technical product leadership</strong> — experience working closely with Engineering and Design on complex systems, with proven ability to simplify workflows into clear, scalable product solutions</li> <li><strong>Operational systems expertise</strong> — hands-on experience building operational dashboards, case management systems, or support tooling; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow is a plus</li> <li><strong>Domain knowledge in regulated environments</strong> — experience with disputes, fraud, or compliance-related workflows, with comfort operating in fast-moving, highly regulated settings</li> <li><strong>Strategic execution skills</strong> — strong ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, balance competing priorities, and drive end-to-end execution</li> <li><strong>Exceptional product judgment</strong> — able to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and technical constraints while maintaining focus on business impact</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional collaboration</strong> — excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; operate comfortably across technical, operational, and business teams with ability to influence without authority</li> <li><strong>Ownership mindset</strong> — thrive in cross-functional environments, take end-to-end ownership, and are energized by improving how teams operate at scale</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-To-Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience building multi-tenant platform products used across multiple customers or programs</li> <li>Experience driving 0 to 1 or major platform modernization efforts</li> <li>Strong understanding of data models, reporting systems, and analytics-driven products</li> <li>Experience working with real-time systems or event-driven architectures</li> <li>Experience introducing AI/ML or automation into operational workflows at scale</li> <li>Experience working directly with bank partners, regulators, or enterprise customers</li> <li>Track record of improving operational efficiency metrics (AHT, resolution time, cost to serve)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p> <p>Marqeta is a Flex First company which allows you to choose your best working environment, whether that be from home or at a company office. The new-hire <strong>base salary</strong> range for this position, reflected in CAD,&nbsp; is: <strong>108,000 - 135,000</strong></p> <p>We also believe in recognizing the contributions of our people.
