<p>As part of the Citizen Platform Products division, you will join a high-performing team dedicated to making government services seamless, personal, and inclusive.</p>
<p>At the Engagement and Case Management Programme, our products are the primary touchpoints through which residents interact with the Singapore Government. We design and develop a suite of software applications including FileSG, Signify, PersonaliseSG, CrowdTask SG, and BookingSG. We are looking for mission-driven Product Managers who thrive at the intersection of technology, policy, and human-centric design.</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">As a Product Manager within Engagement and Case Management Programme, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple high-impact digital services:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Problem vision and strategy: </strong>Refine the product’s “North Star”. You will identify high-value problems within the citizen engagement space and develop strategies that balance user needs with national priorities and policy constraints.</li>
<li><strong>End-to-End Roadmap Ownership: </strong>Prioritize features based on data-driven insights, technical feasibility, and stakeholder impact. Move beyond "feature building" to "outcome delivery."</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Diplomacy: </strong>Navigate the complexities of cross-agency collaborations. You will be the bridge between cross-functional software development teams, policy makers, and agency partners to align diverse interests toward a common goal.</li>
<li><strong>Full-Stack Product Management:</strong>
<ul>
<li>i) Research: Lead market sizing and user discovery to stay ahead of digital trends.</li>
<li>ii) Resourcing: Collaborate with finance and agency stakeholders on sustainable funding models and pricing strategies.</li>
<li>iii) GTM & Growth: Drive product adoption through targeted communications and go-to-market strategies.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Performance & Innovation:</strong> Track product-market fit, evolve features, and innovate based on new technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and champion innovation best practices across GovTech and partner agencies.</li>
</ul>

<p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">We are looking for builders who are frustrated by the status quo and motivated by public good. Specifically, our ideal candidate possesses:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Navigation Skills: </strong>You have a knack for navigating the complexity of the Government’s cross-agency priorities. You can build consensus where interests diverge and drive progress through ambiguity.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Intuition: </strong>You have a sound understanding of software architecture and design systems, allowing you to make informed trade-offs with engineers and designers.</li>
<li><strong>Rigorous Analytical Ability: </strong>You possess excellent analytical and decision-making skills. You don't just "have a feeling"—you use data and first-principles thinking to dismantle complex problems.</li>
<li><strong>Initiative-driven Mindset: </strong>You are an "owner," not a "coordinator." You take the initiative to solve problems before they are assigned to you and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
<li><strong>Digital Delivery Experience: </strong>At least 3 (PM), or 5+ years (Senior PM) of shipping successful digital products using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Masters, Product Owners) and tools (e.g. Figma, Jira, Confluence).</li>
<li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA or advanced degrees are a plus).</li>
<li><strong>Responsive Communication: </strong>You have excellent communication skills and can distill complex technical or policy hurdles into clear, persuasive narratives for both peers and senior leadership.</li>
</ul>
