Alongside that, you will lead how we automate customer support, working with tools like Zendesk and Forethought to reduce manual effort and scale support quality without scaling headcount. You will work with our software and operations team to ship products fast in our B2B SaaS environment.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is a deeply technical role that requires comfort with complex, cross-functional problem spaces.
