This individual will serve as a strategic partner to engineering and leadership teams, translating business objectives into actionable product requirements while ensuring successful delivery of new features and enhancements.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a data-driven mindset. They are comfortable leveraging product analytics tools to identify opportunities, prioritize enhancements, and make recommendations that improve user experience, engagement, and platform performance.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces ambiguity, and can independently drive projects from concept through execution.</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Execution</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own and execute key initiatives within the DocUpdate product roadmap.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Translate business objectives and customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product enhancements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive projects from discovery through launch with minimal oversight.</span></li> identify opportunities to improve workflows, user experience, and feature utilization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Make data-informed recommendations 10pt;">Manage and prioritize work within Jira or similar project management tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner effectively with both internal and offshore engineering teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and management processes as the company continues to grow.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of Product Management experience within a software or technology-driven organization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience owning software development projects from concept through delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience using Jira or similar product management/project tracking tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to use product data and user behavior insights to drive product decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working closely with software engineering teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span
