<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead upstream discovery for high-impact healthcare financing initiatives, translating policy intent into effective, sustainable product solutions. You will define the "What" and "Why" behind future healthcare financing systems—spanning areas such as subsidies, claims, means tests, and financial governance. This is a strategic "0-to-1" role focused on ensuring we solve the right problems before implementation begins. </p>
<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategy & Vision:</strong> Own and communicate a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap for data-centric healthcare financing products. Establish and track product OKRs to drive adoption and measurable impact.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Leadership:</strong> Act as the single accountable owner for product outcomes across multiple agencies and senior stakeholders, balancing policy intent, fiscal constraints, and operational realities.</li>
<li><strong>Product Discovery:</strong> Lead multidisciplinary teams through problem discovery to de-risk investments and frame problem statements before solutioning.</li>
<li><strong>Team Mentorship:</strong> Lead and coach a team of Product Managers and analysts, setting standards for discovery, product requirements, and experimentation.</li>
<li><strong>Governance & Risk:</strong> Ensure products meet stringent requirements for data governance, security, and operational sustainability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5+ years of product management experience.</li>
<li>Experience leading cross-functional squads and mentoring product managers.</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering complex digital products, ideally in government or large enterprise environments.</li>
<li>Strong clarity of thought with the ability to influence stakeholders using data and user research.</li>
<li>Passion for public good, with a strong interest in the healthcare sector.</li>
</ul>
