To support this growth, we're looking for a talented Product Manager to take ownership of a hidden object game and help shape its success from concept to live operations.

As a Product Manager, you will own the product development and performance of a hidden object game from concept through live operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging gameplay, strong narrative progression, and a compelling live experience for players. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on product work, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with game development teams.

  • Drive game feature development from ideation through implementation, soft launch, and live updates

  • Collaborate daily with Game Design, Art, Engineering, UI/UX, Story, QA, and Marketing teams

  • Define, track, and optimize core KPIs such as retention, engagement, monetization, and LTV

  • Analyze player behavior using data, dashboards, and experiments to inform product decisions

  • Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve gameplay, progression, and monetization features

  • Contribute to game economy balancing, event design, and content cadence

  • Monitor market trends and competitor games in the hidden object and casual puzzle space

  • Partner with LiveOps to plan updates, events, and improvements post-launch

  • Advocate for a player-first mindset and ensure features enhance player satisfaction

Mandatory Experience

  • 2–4+ years of product management experience in mobile free-to-play games

  • Experience working on casual or puzzle games (hidden object, narrative, match-3, merge, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional game development teams

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, cohort analysis, and A/B testing

  • Understanding of F2P monetization mechanics, retention loops, and player motivation

  • Strong communication skills and ability to align teams around priorities

  • Passion for mobile games and the casual gaming market

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with hidden object or narrative-driven games

  • Background in game design or live game operations

  • Experience supporting games through soft launch and global release

  • Familiarity with Unity or common mobile game development pipelines
