Product Manager (Institutional Asset Management)

<p>We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.</p> <p>They are looking for a Product Manager (B2B Institutional Asset Management) to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of B2B products for institutional and asset-management clients. This role translates complex investor needs into scalable, compliant product solutions, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, continuous improvement, and long-term product value.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning, design, and execution of B2B products, with a focus on the asset management domain.</li> <li>Drive continuous product improvement through analysis of market demand and client feedback.</li> <li>Work closely with sales and marketing teams to help clients understand and realize product value.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably in finance, asset management, or related fields.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of financial products, especially asset management–related investment instruments.</li> <li>Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.</li> </ul>
