We own the regional roadmap and ensure each country has strong, reliable, high-performing payment solutions for EBANX’s global merchants.</p> <p data-start="569" data-end="656">This specific role day-to-day will look like</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="658" data-end="704">Diagnose, prioritize, and execute initiatives that <strong data-start="758" data-end="799">improve approval rates and conversion</strong> for cards and APMs in Mexico;</li> <li data-start="832" data-end="987"> <p data-start="834" data-end="987">Reduce transaction costs and eliminate single points of failure through&nbsp;<strong data-start="906" data-end="984">redundancy, multiple acquirers, smart routing, and technical optimizations</strong>;</p> </li> <li data-start="988" data-end="1136"> <p data-start="990" data-end="1136">Strengthen our&nbsp;<strong data-start="1005" data-end="1074">capabilities with partners like EVO, BBVA and local APM providers</strong>, ensuring readiness for high
