A note from the Hiring Manager
What you will do:
- Own the mobile apps (iOS and Android) end-to-end: roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption.
- Drive product-led growth across the three growth levers: acquisition, retention (activation and engagement), and monetization.
- Own push notification strategy, onboarding flows, and in-app engagement to improve key lifecycle metrics.
- Talk directly with users and run user interviews to uncover mobile-specific problems and opportunities.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data to translate user problems into clear solutions, working to deliver iteratively.
- Define and track mobile success metrics, design A/B tests, and use data to ensure improvements translate into real business impact.
- Manage mobile release cycles and phased rollouts.
- Collaborate with marketing on mobile-specific positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features.
- Help establish effective ways of working with the existing mobile squad and cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to how we do product at Roamless, bringing best practices and raising the bar for product thinking.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a tech company, with at least 3+ years managing B2C mobile apps (both iOS and Android).
- Product-led growth experience: you have owned or significantly contributed to at least one of the three growth levers through the product.
- Mobile engineering awareness: you understand the key processes behind mobile development.
- Analytical mindset: you make data-driven decisions, are comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation on mobile.
- Proactive and resourceful: you thrive in environments where things aren't fully defined
- End-to-end ownership: experience across discovery, delivery, and adoption
- You have worked with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
- You are a strong communicator. Meaning, you can communicate in clear, structured, concise way
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
- Telco, travel, or marketplace experience
- Experience with push notification strategy and lifecycle messaging.
- Passion for travel or experience living across borders and having to travel regularly in between countries
- Cross-platform experience (web + mobile)
What we offer
