<p>This role focuses on enabling an integrated, end-to-end donor journey and supporting NCSS’s philanthropy efforts through digital products, aligned with organisational outcomes.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities: </p>
<ul>
<li>Strategy & Outcomes: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes aligned with NCSS digital and donor programme priorities.</li>
<li>End-to-End Donor Journey Enablement: Ensure seamless and user-centric donor experiences across the full lifecycle through integrated digital capabilities.</li>
<li>Programme & Stakeholder Alignment: Align business, IT, and programme stakeholders to deliver coherent outcomes across donor management, experience, and operations streams</li>
<li>Product Delivery & Governance: Lead product delivery with clear metrics, ensuring quality, governance, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Data & Digital Capability Enablement: Leverage data and ecosystem integration to support decision-making and strengthen NCSS’s digital capabilities</li>
<li>Delivery Partnership: Collaborate with Donor Programme Office, business stakeholders, IT/data teams, and external partners to deliver product outcomes.</li>
<li>Metrics, Risk & Governance: Ensure instrumentation and dashboards for adoption/efficiency/quality; proactively manage risks (privacy/security, data quality, operational readiness).</li>

<ul>
<li>4+ years of product management experience with evidence of shipping outcomes and leading cross functional teams</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field</li>
<li>Strong product craft: Discovery, Prioritisation, Metrics, Data-Driven, Stakeholder influence</li>
<li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability</li>
<li>Excellent in stakeholder management and communication</li>
<li>Nice-to-have: Outsystems experience</li>
</ul>
