<h4><strong>Meet your Future </strong><strong>Neighbors </strong></h4>
<p>As a Product Manager, Notifications with Nextdoor, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) you’ll: </p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in and own end-to-end product development lifecycle, including defining product requirements, writing product specifications, partnering with engineering and design on implementation, and overseeing feature rollout.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional product execution across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Research, and Operations to develop new product capabilities and user-facing features for notification experiences and delivery systems.</li>
<li>Define product strategy and roadmaps for notification surfaces, prioritizing feature development based on user impact, technical feasibility, and platform scalability considerations.</li>
<li>Develop and write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications that translate user needs and system constraints into clear development plans.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and evaluate controlled experiments (A/B tests) to test hypotheses, measure impact, and guide iterative improvements across notification systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Data Science to define experiment methodologies, success metrics, and dashboards, using insights to inform product direction.</li>
<li>Work with Engineering to review API needs, data pipelines, service logic, and technical tradeoffs during feature planning and implementation.</li>
<li>Analyze product and system behavior using SQL, logging tools, and product analytics platforms to investigate issues and identify optimization opportunities.</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize post-launch product performance to improve relevance, retention, and user engagement.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What You’ll Bring to </strong><strong>The House</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, or closely related quantitative discipline.</li>
<li>Five (5) years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in the position offered, as a Product/Marketing/Banking Analyst, Finance Analyst/Associate, or closely related position.</li>
<li>Alternatively, will accept Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, or closely related quantitative discipline.</li>
<li>Three (3) years of experience in the position offered, as a Product/Marketing/Banking Analyst, Finance Analyst/Associate, or closely related position.</li>
<li>Must have demonstrated experience in the following: Utilizing product analytics platforms (such as Looker, Tableau, or internal dashboards) to evaluate user behavior and inform product decisions; Writing product specifications and requirements for technical product development; Collaborating with engineering teams to define scope, system behavior, and implementation details; Collaborating with UX/UI design teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user experience specifications; Designing, running, and analyzing A/B experiments to evaluate feature performance; Conducting data-driven product evaluations using SQL or equivalent query languages and product analytics tools; Defining product success metrics and dashboards to measure and optimize engagement and retention; and Leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver product features.</li>

<p>The starting salary for this role is expected to be: $210,000/year.</p>
<p>We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.</p>
<p>Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.</p>
