This role sits at the heart of balancing growth, fraud prevention, regulatory integrity, and operational trust through well-designed product solutions. Your role and responsibilities You will own: <ul> <li>Product direction and roadmap for a scoped area within the Trust, Risk & Compliance domain </li> <li>Problem definition and prioritisation for that area </li> <li>Translation of user, business, control, and operational needs into product requirements and workflow improvements </li> <li>Day-to-day product decision-making across a defined set of trust, risk, or compliance capabilities </li> <li>Collaboration with Engineering and Product Design to shape, build, and improve product solutions </li> <li>Measurable outcomes and KPI tracking for the product area they own </li> <li>Visibility of key dependencies, risks, and trade-offs affecting their roadmap </li> <li>Product documentation and clarity of decisions for their area </li> <li>Ongoing improvement of usability, control effectiveness, and operational confidence within their product area </li> </ul> Clear product direction and prioritisation <ul> <li>Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned to broader Product strategy and business goals</li> <li>Ensure prioritisation balances user experience, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and regulatory needs</li> <li>Translate high-level strategy into measurable product outcomes</li> </ul> Effective product capabilities and workflows <ul> <li>Deliver scalable, usable trust, risk, and compliance product capabilities</li> <li>Improve control effectiveness, operational confidence, and usability of owned workflows</li> <li>Surface dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early to enable sound decision-making</li> </ul> Cross-Collaboration  <ul> <li>Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to shape high-quality product solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data teams to translate domain needs into product requirements</li> <li>Track, measure, and communicate KPIs and outcomes for the owned product area</li> <li>Maintain strong documentation and clarity of product decisions</li> </ul> Tool Utilization + Change Management <ul> <li>Own productised tooling for trust, risk, and compliance workflows (e.g. fraud tooling, AML monitoring, dispute management)</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of internal systems, workflows, and control surfaces</li> <li>Support system and process evolution through structured change management</li> <li>Leverage automation and data-informed decisioning to improve scalability and effectiveness over time</li> </ul> You are an ideal candidate if you have <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Product Manager, owning a defined product area end to end</li> <li>Experience working in trust, risk, compliance, fraud, payments, financial services, or highly regulated environments</li> <li>Strong ability to translate complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into product solutions</li> <li>Experience working closely with Engineering and Product Design teams</li> <li>Comfort operating in shared platforms or internal tooling environments</li> <li>Strong prioritisation, problem-definition, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>A product mindset focused on outcomes, not just feature delivery</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Your skills and competencies <ul> <li>You eagerly embrace change, absorb cross-functional skills, and connect ideas across disciplines to drive fresh thinking and innovation. </li> <li>Ability to initiate, develop, maintain and leverage outstanding relationships to influence a wide network, both inside and outside the company. </li> <li>A trailblazer who steps up, takes charge, and creates meaningful impact—those driven by performance and purpose to lead from the front and make a real difference every day. </li> <li>You thrive in collaboration, embrace inclusion, and bring a genuine curiosity for global cultures—valuing collective success over individual credit. </li> <li>Demonstrate strategic foresight, sound judgement, and the ability to make confident decisions under uncertainty, always working toward the best possible outcomes. </li> <li>You challenge norms, champion innovation, and constantly seek growth—for themselves, their team, and the solutions they build. </li> <li>You are a decisive doer—those who take initiative, follow through with confidence, and ensure results through courageous, hands-on leadership. </li> <li>We value optimism, agility, and the strength to persevere under pressure—balancing performance with positivity, even in challenging environments. </li> <li>You are driven, proactive individuals who take ownership, face challenges with grit, and consistently push for excellence—not just as participants, but as catalysts for success. </li> </ul> Interview process  During the interview process you will meet with the People team, the hiring manager, and relevant CSuite.
