As Senior Product Manager for People Technology, you will own and scale the systems that underpin the full employee lifecycle — spanning HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, learning, compensation, and performance — as well as cross-functional workflows with Finance, Security, IT, and Analytics. proven ownership of complex, cross-functional product areas</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS domains and processes (HCM, advanced compensation, benefits/payroll, recruiting, headcount management, manager self-service)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with platforms and integrations common to PeopleTech, such as Workday (HCM, integrations), Greenhouse (ATS), Okta (IAM), and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Workato/Boomi)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong technical acumen with APIs/REST, event-driven patterns, data mapping/validation, and reliability/observability principles for integration workflows</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and Security on privacy, data governance, and compliance (e.g., SOX), translating requirements into pragmatic product and control designs</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and change management; The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
