- Identifying customer needs, market opportunities, and growth levers
- Define product strategy and requirements for new subscription features and experiences
- Partner with design, engineering, data, QA, and adjacent product teams to build and launch
- Own product performance after launch through measurement, experimentation, and iteration
- Improve subscription conversion, engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance
- Help shape premium value propositions across software, AI, and connected-device experiences
- Collaborate across software and hardware teams where product experiences intersect
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of subscription or recurring-revenue products
- Experience leading products end-to-end - from discovery through launch and iteration - including building and shipping AI/ML-powered features and measuring their impact on user behavior or business outcomes.
- Strong fluency in subscription metrics such as conversion, churn, retention, engagement, and LTV
- Track record of using data and customer insight to drive product decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market partners
- Demonstrated ability to apply modern AI tools in day-to-day work to move faster, improve product quality, and raise the bar for team execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building in fast-moving environments
