Join us to advance our mission and shape your future with us today!    Learn more about GovTech at tech.gov.sg.  What You’ll Do  As a Senior Product Manager, you will build and evolve platforms that support teacher professional learning across Singapore’s education system — from early-stage AI-native learning experiences to large-scale platforms used by thousands of educators. You will work across products at different stages of maturity — from exploratory pilots (e.g. AI-enabled learning tools, knowledge systems) to core platforms embedded in daily teacher workflows (e.g. LMS, CMS, knowledge repositories).  You will:  Co-own the Vision and Roadmap  Shape the long-term direction of teacher professional learning platforms — from content discovery and knowledge management to collaborative learning and classroom practice improvement.Work closely with MOE HQ divisions, schools, and partner agencies to:  <ul> <li>Define success in terms of teacher growth, classroom impact, and time saved</li> <li>Align product direction with Academy of Singapore Teachers and professional learning outcomes for educators</li> <li>Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable educator tools </li> </ul> Turn Learning into Impact  Identify the real problems beneath the brief — especially those tied to:  <ul> <li>Time-to-feedback for teachers </li> <li>Discoverability of high-quality teaching resources </li> <li>Translation of learning into classroom practice </li> </ul> For early-stage products:  <ul> <li>Prototype AI-enabled learning experiences (e.g. semantic search, RAG copilots, video annotation) </li> <li>Validate what actually improves teacher learning and behaviour change </li> </ul> For mature platforms:  <ul> <li>Improve end-to-end educator journeys (e.g. search → learn → apply → reflect) R</li> <li>Reduce friction in workflows (e.g. content discovery, compliance learning, peer sharing) </li> <li>Scale systems across schools and divisions </li> </ul> Build Alignment Across a Complex System  Work across:  <ul> <li>Policy (HQ divisions, curriculum planners) </li> <li> Operations (schools, teacher networks, AST) </li> <li> Engineering & design teams </li> <li> Senior leadership (DDX, CIO, etc.)  </li> </ul> Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces so that:  <ul> <li>Teacher needs, policy goals, and technical constraints align </li> <li> Cross-agency initiatives (e.g. LEARN, MOE’s learning system) move toward shared outcomes, not fragmented systems  </li> </ul> Shape the Future of Teacher Learning  Help define what “good” looks like for AI-enabled professional learning:  <ul> <li>Push for evidence-based product decisions (e.g. measuring reduction in search time, improvement in learning uptake) </li> <li> Introduce new paradigms (e.g. just-in-time learning, knowledge graphs, AI copilots for teaching) </li> <li> Raise the bar on usability, relevance, and real classroom impact  </li> </ul>   We Need Someone Who Can  Build Products That Improve Teaching Practice  Design systems that go beyond content delivery to: <ul> <li>Help teachers find the right knowledge quickly </li> <li> Support application in classroom contexts </li> <li> Enable collaborative learning and reflection at scale  </li> </ul> Operate Across 0→1 and 1→100  <ul> <li> Explore and validate new ideas (e.g. AI copilots, semantic search, adaptive learning systems) </li> <li> Strengthen and scale existing platforms used by thousands of educators </li> <li> Move fluidly between experimentation and system-level rollout  </li> </ul> Navigate Government Complexity <ul> <li>Work across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities </li> <li> Balance policy constraints, procurement realities, and product principles </li> <li> Find creative ways to move forward without losing momentum  </li> </ul> Communicate and Influence  <ul> <li> Articulate a clear product vision for teacher learning </li> <li> Align stakeholders around shared outcomes (not just features) </li> <li> Influence decisions across HQ, schools, and partner agencies </li> </ul> Be Hands-On and Execution-Driven  <ul> <li> Work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products </li> <li> Prototype solutions independently when needed (e.g. using AI tools, lightweight stacks) </li> <li> Drive projects from idea → pilot → scale </li> </ul> You Will Likely Be Someone Who Has <ul> <li>5–8+ years of product management or equivalent experience </li> <li> Experience building user-facing platforms where experience quality matters </li> <li> Experience with AI/LLM-enabled products, search systems, or knowledge platforms (strong plus) </li> <li> Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces </li> <li> Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations </li> </ul> Public sector or education experience is not required — but strong candidates can quickly  understand:  <ul> <li> Teacher workflows and constraints </li> <li> The importance of classroom impact, not just platform usage</li> </ul>   What we offer you:    GovTech is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse voices and perspectives, as we believe that diversity is the foundation to innovation.     Our employee benefits are based on a total rewards approach, offering a holistic and market-competitive suite of perks.
