Lovable, Replit, v0, Cursor, and a wave of new entrants are all fighting for the same audience. We need a Senior PMM who can own our positioning, sharpen our narrative, and make sure every product launch lands. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing – turning what we build into stories that win customers. This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll define how the market sees Bolt.</p> <h4 data-start="1545" data-end="1567">🛠️ How You'll Contribute&nbsp;</h4> <ul data-start="1569" data-end="1656"> <li>Own product positioning and messaging across Bolt.new, Bolt Cloud, and WebContainer API – making sure we’re differentiated against Lovable, Replit, v0, and Cursor in every touchpoint</li> <li>Lead product launches end-to-end using our tiered launch framework (Tier 1/2/3) – from feature briefing with engineering through launch day execution and post-launch measurement</li> <li>Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program – track what competitors are shipping, how they’re positioning, and where we can win</li> <li>Develop sales enablement materials for the enterprise motion – battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, demo scripts</li> <li>Own pricing and packaging strategy alongside Growth – how we structure free, pro, and teams plans to maximize conversion and expansion</li> <li>Partner with the Content and Social teams to translate product narratives into content across blog, social, email, and landing pages</li> <li>Drive customer marketing – turn power users and enterprise customers into case studies, references, and advocates</li> <li>Build the product launch tracking system we currently lack – a shared pipeline with Product/Engineering so nothing ships without marketing support</li> <li>Define and track PMM metrics – launch impact on signups/upgrades, competitive win rates, sales cycle influence</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1663" data-end="1706">💡 Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company</li> <li>You’ve owned product launches from strategy through execution and can show measurable impact</li> <li>Strong competitive instincts – you know how to position against well-funded competitors and win deals on narrative</li> <li>Experience building sales enablement that sales teams actually use</li> <li>You can write – crisp positioning docs, compelling launch copy, clear internal briefs</li> <li>Comfortable working directly with engineers and PMs to extract the “so what” from technical features</li> <li>Experience with pricing and packaging decisions (even if you weren’t the sole owner)</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1850" data-end="1873">🎯 Bonus Points&nbsp;</h4> <ul data-start="1875" data-end="1967"> <li>Experience at a PLG company where you had to market to both self-serve users and enterprise buyers simultaneously</li> <li>You’ve worked in AI, developer tools, no-code/low-code, or the “vibe coding” space</li> <li>You’ve built a competitive intelligence program from scratch</li> <li>Experience marketing a platform product (not just a single feature or SKU)</li> <li>You’ve worked at a company during a hyper-growth phase&nbsp;</li> <li>You’ve managed or mentored junior PMMs</li> <li>You actually use Bolt.new or similar AI builders</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1974" data-end="1992">📌 A Few Notes</h4> <ul data-start="1994" data-end="2199"> <li data-start="1994" data-end="2043"> <p data-start="1996" data-end="2043">You do <strong data-start="2003" data-end="2010">not</strong> need a college degree to apply</p> </li> <li data-start="2044" data-end="2134"> <p data-start="2046" data-end="2134">You do <strong data-start="2053" data-end="2060">not</strong> need to be located in the U.S. — we’re remote-friendly</p> </li> <li data-start="2044" data-end="2134"> <p data-start="2046" data-end="2134">You do&nbsp;<strong data-start="2144" data-end="2151">not</strong> need to meet every qualification listed above<br><br></p> </li> </ul>
