About the role

Description

The Product Marketing Manager shall be responsible for identifying, positioning, messaging and coordinating go-to-market initiatives for products that drive growth and player engagement for the Digitain partner companies.

The Product Marketing Manager shall ensure that technical product capabilities are accurately translated into business language and commercial value, enabling partner-facing teams to effectively communicate and present platform functionalities.

This position shall not encompass the execution of partner marketing campaigns, the technical configuration of CRM systems or BI-level analytical work.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze product gaps and growth opportunities for operators
  • Develop and define the product positioning in line with business objectives and market requirements
  • Present key product messaging and value proposition framework to operators
  • Drive adoption of growth-enhancing features by developing use cases and value stories
  • Introduce and coordinate the go-to-market process for products, features or services that contribute to operator growth
  • Develop sales enablement and partner enablement materials
  • Support partner teams during product introduction
  • Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives


Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2C or B2B iGaming or related digital industry
  • Experience of developing and implementing go-to-market strategies
  • Analytical thinking to identify gaps and opportunities in the market, competitors and partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas in simple business language
  • Ability to translate product functionality into value proposition
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Partner teams)
  • Ability to understand and apply customer journey and user behavior in marketing strategies
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Written and verbal command of English and Russian
