About the role
- GTM Orchestration & Market Penetration: Design and execute a strategy for the furniture segment to drive immediate revenue and market traction. Lead the end-to-end orchestration of product launches, ensuring the sales team has a clear, defined path to closing deals.
- Tactical Industry Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry shifts (e.g., tariffs, trade news) to identify successful tactics we can rapidly adopt. Focus on actionable insights that improve our immediate market positioning.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Actively build industry relationships and conduct customer interviews to increase brand visibility and press coverage. Act as the bridge between marketing and sales to ensure networking activities translate into high-impact business drivers.
- Sales Enablement & Strategic Messaging: Develop tailored messaging for major accounts that differentiates the Roomvo offering in visual-first, design-centric industries. Equip sales with strategic talk tracks and tools that prioritize high-impact revenue activities over secondary training materials.
- Prioritization & Feedback Loop: Partner with Product teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with the needs of the furniture segment. Through cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making, set the precedent and execute on highest-priority GTM activities.
- Performance & Growth: Track and analyze KPIs focused on market adoption and revenue growth, iterating on strategies based on what drives the business forward.
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS GTM execution.
- Market Hunter Instinct: You don't just research markets; you find the "wedge" to enter them. You are comfortable building contacts and networking to gain industry visibility.
- Strategic Agility: Ability to look at competitor successes and translate them into our own tactical wins.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills, specifically the ability to articulate complex product value into a "must-have" solution for furniture dealers and manufacturers.
- Versatility: While we are focusing on the furniture segment initially, you are a generalist at heart who can adapt your responsibilities as you grow with the company.
- Industry Context (Preferred): Experience in furniture, home decor, flooring, or real estate is a significant advantage.
