Most companies describe what their product does. Very few can explain why it fundamentally changes how engineering work gets done, and even fewer can build the content engine that makes buyers truly get it. Can you?
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Synera is the AI Agent Platform for Engineering — a platform where digital coworkers execute real engineering work inside CAD, CAE, and PLM costing tools, turning days of complex engineering processes into minutes. Our clients include BMW, Airbus, and NASA, and we're growing fast.
You'll be joining Kacey and the Marketing team as Synera's first dedicated bottom-of-the-funnel product marketer — the person who bridges the gap between deep product knowledge and market-facing communication. Engineering buyers leaders need to understand what Synera does, how it works inside their actual tool stack, and why now is the moment to adopt agentic AI. And engineers need to see real use cases on the challenges they face every day, and learn how easy Synera is to use.
You'll build the content, the narratives, and the reusable assets that make this possible across every channel and touchpoint.
You'll own product messaging end-to-end and work closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners across website, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, and events.
👉 What a week at Synera could look like:
Monday: Join the all-hands, then sync with Kacey and the CPO to align on the latest product capability updates coming out of the R&D teams for the next product release.
Tuesday: Interview a technical SME about a new simulation use case before heading to your Claude projects to turn your notes into a messaging doc for the feature release. The campaign agent you built prompts you about the audience and goals before it uses the messaging to kick off the campaign workflow.
Wednesday: Review a competitive analysis, interview the sales team to incorporate their feedback in a battlecard, and review the images for a competitive comparison blog post. End your day with a content team sync on the customer success stories in the pipeline.
Thursday: Run a content planning session with the Customer Success team — aligning on what assets are needed for their expansion campaigns and check-in on the number of demo requests from product landing pages and portal sign-ups, so you can weave optimizations into your next sprint plan.
Friday: Wrap up a demo video script and log into Synera to build the demo — then close out the week with a quick async check-in with our CSM Rob on US team in Boston.

A clear product marketing content engine is established with reusable assets across video, one-pagers, product web pages, slides, and blogs
Sales and marketing channel owners have stronger, consistently used product narratives that are adapted to target personas, key use cases, and industries
Competitive comparisons for select competitors are live
First signals from CS or Sales that materials are positively impacting opportunity conversion
A steady increase in demo requests is coming in from the first multi-channel campaign that you launched

Your campaigns are producing predictable pipeline
All our customers know you and you have a clear vision for how each of their successes will help achieve our marketing objectives
Product messaging is consistent across website, webinars, ads, sales, social, partner, and influencer content
Re-engagement campaigns for lost deals are live and first deals re-opened
Product marketing content operates as a repeatable function, supported by AI-first workflows and documented SOPs

We believe in transparent conversations about compensation from the start. For this role, our planned salary ranges are:
Experienced Level: 62,400 - 82,600 EUR annually
We determine the level we hire you for based on your experience, the scope of responsibilities you'll take on, and the impact you can drive. While we typically hire within these bands, we're open to some flexibility for candidates who bring exceptional value to the role.

🚀 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

You resonate with - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview.
You have 5–8+ years in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing — ideally in engineering software, simulation, CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS.
You have a background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software, and understand how engineers work.
You're an exceptional writer and storyteller who can translate complex technical workflows into narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
You’re excellent project manager with the ability to create highly efficient processes with attention to detail.
You work AI-first and are excited about building AI-supported content workflows from scratch.
You thrive with high ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity — this is a builder role at an internationally growing scale-up, and you'll be defining the internal processes as you go.
You're fluent in English; German is strongly preferred. French is a plus.
