References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.</p></div><p>KKR is seeking an experienced Associate to join the Client Operations team within the Product Onboarding vertical. This individual will play a key role in the onboarding, implementation, and launch of new investment products, including funds, SPVs and other mandate structures. This role offers meaningful exposure to how global investment products are brought to life - from concept through launch and operation - by coordinating across KKR’s commercial and business operations teams.&nbsp;Working with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders - Clients, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, custodian banks, fund administrators, and other service providers - this individual will lead working groups consisting of all parts of the investment support network to complete fund setups.</p> <p>This position is ideal for an experienced hire with strong foundation in asset management operations and fund onboarding. The candidate should be comfortable navigating complex investment structures and coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and speaking with clients, to drive execution.&nbsp; Exposure to Credit, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Real Estate asset classes is preferred. Experience supporting SMAs or insurance-related mandates is a plus.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with KKR’s Global Client Solutions team to understand new investment products (funds) from inception, including strategy, structure, asset types, structuring, and the related support services required for ongoing operation of the product</li> <li>Lead product pipeline calls and ensure stakeholders are apprised of the operational mechanics of new funds, launch timelines, and open issues ahead of fund close.</li> <li>Organize and drive product-specific working groups to drive accountability across to ensure complete fund setup and operational readiness ahead of first close.</li> <li>Produce informational materials for working group sessions and updates for stakeholders</li> <li>Monitor closing checklist items; follow up with ownership teams for completion and updates</li> <li>Maintain product information, documents, and other key information related to fund operations in internal systems and workflow management applications</li> <li>Coordinate with external parties such as clients, fund administrators, custodians, tax and legal consultants as needed</li> <li>Partner with Technology, Engineering &amp; Development team on workflow system enhancements to scale for future growth and complexity</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in asset management operations and fund onboarding</li> <li>Exceptional organization skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail are paramount</li> <li>Aptitude for critical and creative thinking combined with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage issues across multiple stakeholder perspectives</li> <li>Strong relationship development skills as well as clear and confident written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proven ability to manage demands of multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment, including ability to prioritize efficiently and handle heavy workloads while maintaining consistent attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to prioritize effectively and consistently deliver high quality work accurately and on time</li> <li>Flexibility to adapt to change in a dynamic and evolving environment</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
