You’ll join a team where curiosity is encouraged and collaboration across Product, Data, Delivery and Engineering is the norm.</p> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2>The role:</h2> <p>As our <strong>Product Operations Associate</strong>, you’ll be at the heart of how we drive excellence across a high performing product team!&nbsp;</p> <p>Working hand-in-hand with our senior product leaders (including our CPTO &amp; Director of Product) you will support in enabling strategic delivery, aligning priorities and improving our decision making abilities across the organisation!&nbsp;By coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting Product Managers to focus on strategy and outcomes, you’ll play a pivotal role in how we continue to deliver high-quality capital products at scale!</p> <p>This role will give you the opportunity to join a multi-product organisation and a high performing product team, who are pushing the boundaries of what a FinTech organisation can achieve through innovation at scale!
