Come join our team and work inspired each day!</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></span></p></div><p><strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Do</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>NetDocuments is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to build and own NetDocuments’ authoritative record of how customers use our platform: usage data captured in real time, down to the individual user and feature.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;decide what the platform measures and why, define the requirements for engineering to capture it,&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the data as the product grows, and own the customer-facing views that let customers see their own usage.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;report to the Principal of Product Operations and work across product leadership, engineering, and the wider business. This role is a fit for an innovator with a builder mindset.</p> <p>You will:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Decide what the platform measures — which usage events matter and the level of detail, down to the individual user and feature — and define for engineering what to instrument, why, and how the data should behave, captured in real time.&nbsp;</li> <li>Keep usage data&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and complete, aggregated from the individual user up to the account and organization level.&nbsp;</li> <li>Integrate usage data with the line-of-business systems that rely on it — including CRM and financial systems — so the same usage numbers stay consistent across the tools the business runs on.&nbsp;</li> <li>Own the customer-facing views that let customers see and understand their own usage of the platform.&nbsp;</li> <li>Extend the data to new product capabilities as they launch, working release by release with engineering to instrument new features as they ship and keep the record current.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide the structured usage data the business uses to report on and&nbsp;anticipate&nbsp;how usage is changing over time.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work directly with senior product leadership, engineering, executives, and other teams to turn fast-moving needs into a system they can depend on.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Need to be Successful</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>3+ years in product operations, technical product management, data or analytics product management, or a similar role at a SaaS company.&nbsp;</li> <li>Enough technical fluency to define what gets instrumented, write clear requirements for engineering, and check the results — including how usage and event data is captured, modeled, and stored.&nbsp;</li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools to&nbsp;validate&nbsp;data and partner with data engineering and business intelligence.&nbsp;</li> <li>The ability to take an ambiguous question, decide what to measure to answer it, and define the level of detail it requires.&nbsp;</li> <li>Business and commercial acumen, and the communication skills to work with senior product leadership, engineering, executives, and other teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort building something new and carrying it&nbsp;through from&nbsp;definition to a working system.&nbsp;</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication, including usable documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as part of daily work — to speed up analysis, documentation, and recurring tasks — with the judgment to check the output before acting on it.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out (optional)</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Built a usage data capability, analytics function, or similar data product from the ground up.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience instrumenting high-volume product usage or event data and modeling it at scale.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience shaping how usage data is modeled and&nbsp;structured, or&nbsp;partnering closely with the engineering teams that build&nbsp;usage-data&nbsp;pipelines.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience integrating data across line-of-business systems such as CRM and financial/ERP platforms.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse — Snowflake preferred, but comparable platforms&nbsp;also&nbsp;welcome.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience with a BI tool — Power BI preferred, but comparable platforms&nbsp;also&nbsp;welcome.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience building customer-facing usage views or self-service usage reporting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Background in legal technology, regulated SaaS, or other enterprise software.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Love About&nbsp;NetDocuments</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>The People!&nbsp;</li> <li>90% healthcare premiums company covered&nbsp;</li> <li>HSA company contribution&nbsp;</li> <li>401K match at 4% with immediate vesting&nbsp;</li> <li>Flexible PTO (typically 3 to 4 weeks a year)&nbsp;</li> <li>10&nbsp;paid holidays&nbsp;</li> <li>Monthly contributions for&nbsp;life activities &amp;&nbsp;wellness&nbsp;</li> <li>Access to LinkedIn learning with monthly dedicated time to explore&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation Transparency</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The compensation range for this position is: &nbsp;$155,000 - $165,000</p> <p>The posted cash compensation for this position&nbsp;includes on&nbsp;target earnings, base&nbsp;salary&nbsp;and&nbsp;variable&nbsp;if applicable.
