We’re looking for someone with a strong background in IT products to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Translate business needs into well-defined backlog items with clear acceptance criteria;

• Own and manage the Development Team’s backlog, prioritizing items to best achieve both short-term and long-term goals;

• Ensure Product Backlogs are transparent and clear to stakeholders, showing what Development Teams will be working on next;

• Optimize the value of work performed by Development Teams, striving to maximize business value on both Commercial and Technical projects;

• Work with IT delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Ability to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions;

• Ability to understand highly technical topics and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Strong common sense and tech-savviness, natural love for tech products;

• Strong analytical and prioritization skills, and use data to inform product decisions;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment;

• Proactive problem-solver who motivates teams, removes blockers, and keeps projects on track;

• Clear and structured communication in Lithuanian and English
