<p data-start="67" data-end="367"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a <strong data-start="84" data-end="108">Junior Product Owner</strong> with 1–2 years of experience in digital products, software development, or technology platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product management, agile methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.</span></p>
<p data-start="369" data-end="587"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The successful candidate will support product planning, backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication while continuing to develop their product ownership skills within a dynamic environment.</span></p>
<h2 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="594" data-end="617"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="4bagk9" data-start="619" data-end="686"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the management and prioritization of the Product Backlog.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="w7surp" data-start="687" data-end="769"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="aac0i1" data-start="770" data-end="849"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="12ov03b" data-start="850" data-end="918"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1fiwzz3" data-start="919" data-end="1009"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in managing expectations and communication between business and technology teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="10i57az" data-start="1010" data-end="1069"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support product planning activities and agile ceremonies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="vt235b" data-start="1070" data-end="1144"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track, organize, and document tasks, deliverables, and project progress.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="jwhcym" data-start="1145" data-end="1246"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with development, QA, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="4l155j" data-start="1247" data-end="1323"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.</span></li>

<h2 data-section-id="1cpo032" data-start="1330" data-end="1356"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Required Qualifications</span></h2>
<ul data-start="1358" data-end="1974">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="100nope" data-start="1358" data-end="1483"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1–2 years of experience working with digital products, software development, technology platforms, or related environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1eseemp" data-start="1484" data-end="1581"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At least 1 year of experience in project management, product management, or agile environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1bauktt" data-start="1582" data-end="1655"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="furncv" data-start="1656" data-end="1732"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and business processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1uhjl8z" data-start="1733" data-end="1778"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and follow-up skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="9qns3m" data-start="1779" data-end="1833"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="etqf7r" data-start="1834" data-end="1898"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1g74xvi" data-start="1899" data-end="1974"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</span></li>
</ul>
<h2 data-section-id="1a9n6ci" data-start="1981" data-end="2008"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred Qualifications</span></h2>
<ul data-start="2010" data-end="2281">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="poct94" data-start="2010" data-end="2078"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="oadtr5" data-start="2079" data-end="2132"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) is a plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="12o2hmq" data-start="2133" data-end="2195"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Interest in obtaining Product Owner or Agile certifications.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1os8y0x" data-start="2196" data-end="2281"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and digital product environments.</span></li>
