About the role

Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of our playCONNECT team's products and features. playCONNECT develops and delivers high-quality internal tools and platforms that power our games, support our business teams, and enable integrations with external partners. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, game studios, marketing, data, and external partners to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless integration across partner applications.

This role requires a strong balance of product strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization, ensuring features are scalable, user-centric, technically aligned, and deliver measurable business and partner value.

You will also play a key role in shaping product innovation, improving operational processes, and supporting playCONNECT’s long-term platform growth and partner success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Feature Development & Execution & Quality: Define and communicate a clear product(s) vision aligned with company & playCONNECT goals and with Partners. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment within your scope. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific features within playCONNECT, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution, testing, and launch. Ensure features align with the platform’s broader goals.
  • Backlog & Sprint Management & Agile participation: Manage and groom the product backlog (with clear acceptance criteria), write clear user stories, and collaborate with engineering to plan sprints. Balance priorities between new feature development, technical debt, and bug fixes. Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and participate in PIP, sprint review, and continuous process improvements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure alignment and clear expectations. Collaborate closely with game studios, marketing, loyalty, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure their needs are met and that playCONNECT integrates seamlessly into their workflows.
  • Data & Performance Monitoring: Leverage analytics and user feedback to track feature adoption, performance, and impact. Iterate on features based on data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, including PRDs, and user guides. Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Integration with Partner Apps: Own the implementation and optimization of playCONNECT’s technology within partner apps for their specific features, ensuring a frictionless experience, technical alignment, and continuous improvements based on partner feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and advocate for improvements that enhance playCONNECT’s platform capabilities.
