You bring<strong> 4+ YEARS</strong>&nbsp;of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will thrive in this role if you are:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Role responsibilities</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more data products-from discovery and roadmap to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead sprint planning, refinement, and reviews with cross-functional Agile teams.</li> <li>Partner with data engineering and data science teams to operationalize pipelines, ML models, and analytics features (forecasting, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality analytics, yield/throughput optimization).</li> <li>Define success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), instrument products for measurement, and use data to drive prioritization decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with UX designers to ensure data products are usable for non-technical industrial users-including frontline workers and field personnel.</li> <li>Work with data governance, security, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data regulations and global standards (GDPR where applicable).</li> <li>Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to senior stakeholders across business, IT, and operations.</li> <li>Stay current on Industry 4.0, IoT, connected vehicles/equipment, AgriTech, and AI/ML trends relevant to industrial domains.</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Must have qualifications</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of product management / product ownership experience, with at least 2 years on data-heavy products (analytics platforms, BI dashboards, ML-powered features, IoT/telemetry products, or data marketplaces).</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus.</li> <li>Domain exposure to at least one of: Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery / Industrial Equipment, Automotive (OEM, Tier-1, or aftermarket), or Agriculture / AgriTech.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks; CSPO or SAFe POPM certification is a plus.</li> <li>Comfort with SQL and data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to self-serve insights and validate hypotheses.</li> <li>Understanding of data architecture concepts: data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT, streaming (Kafka), APIs, and basic ML lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring).</li> <li>Proven ability to write crisp PRDs, user stories, and to manage backlogs in Jira / Azure DevOps.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with global teams across time zones.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus.</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Nice to have qualifications </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with industrial IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, PTC ThingWorx, Siemens MindSphere) or telematics platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with MES, SCADA, ERP (SAP), DMS, or CRM systems used in industrial settings.</li> <li>Exposure to AI/ML use cases such as predictive maintenance, computer vision for quality inspection, demand forecasting, route optimization, or precision agriculture (soil, crop, weather, satellite/drone data).</li> </ul> <p><strong><span class="TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW105898609 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW105898609 BCX0">If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
