Join us, grow faster!  </div><h2 style="text-align: center;">Product Owner (Data & AI, Seller & Operations) </h2>   As a Product Owner (Data & AI, Seller & Operations) you will guide the development of the data platform as a scalable, self-service product to accelerate data democratization initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers to deliver and enhance impactful data products. What you’ll have to do: <ul> <li>Design, develop, and drive the long-term strategy for data products to enable easy and efficient access to data; </li> <li>Create a clear vision and mid-to-long-term roadmap for the Data Product; </li> <li>Ensure alignment of data products with organizational goals such as customer experience, growth, operational efficiency, and AI readiness; </li> <li>Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, data governance, and analytics teams; </li> <li>Build scalable, flexible, and user-friendly data models for data consumers (ML engineers, data analysts, product and business owners); </li> <li>Lead adoption and product understanding initiatives through documentation, training, onboarding, and continuous improvement; </li> <li>Set KPIs to monitor product performance: adoption & usage, internal NPS, latency, retention, accuracy, data lineage; </li> <li>Manage product requirements and priorities; </li> <li>Prioritize initiatives based on impact and required effort; </li> <li>Make strategic decisions on data product investments; </li> <li>Play a key role in data democratization and data mesh initiatives; </li> <li>Promote data-as-a-product and self-service data platform principles; </li> <li>Contribute to defining standards for governance, data quality, access, and metadata. </li> </ul> What makes you a good fit: <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within data/ technology areas such as data platforms, digital B2B/B2C products, CRM systems, or other tech platforms; </li> <li>Strong understanding of modern data architectures (lakehouse, pipelines, DBT, HDFS, Iceberg, data catalogs, APIs); </li> <li>Familiarity with Scrum Agile methodology, ceremonies, and how to leverage them for successful product delivery; </li> <li>Previous involvement in digital transformation or data platform modernization initiatives; </li> <li>Experience in environments focused on data democratization, self-service, or data mesh; </li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams: data engineering, analytics, marketing, CRM, BI; </li> <li>Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical solutions.  </li> </ul> What we’ve prepared for you: <ul> <li>Medical subscription: Medicover or Regina Maria. </li> <li>A flexible budget that you can invest in yourself as you wish: meal tickets, holiday tickets, cultural vouchers, private pension, foreign language classes, eMAG, Fashion Days, Therme & Genius, membership to different gyms or even professional development classes.  </li> <li>Different discounts from our partners: banking, mobile, dental medicine or wellness.  </li> <li>Access to the Bookster library and free credits on the Hilio psycho-emotional health platform. </li> <li>An accelerated learning environment, with access to over 100.000 curated online resources and platforms, learning academies and development programs. </li> <li>New headquarters, where sleek design, natural light, and versatile spaces create an energizing and comfortable environment for hybrid work. </li> </ul> #LI-hybrid #midsenior  <div class="content-conclusion">  Curious to find out more about the next step in your career? Apply now and if your experience is relevant for the role you wish, we will give you a call for more details!
