Product Owner - US Payments

<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong> <strong>📝</strong></p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join the US Product team within Form3.&nbsp;This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on Form3’s full US Payments product suite.&nbsp;With previous experience working across US A2A Payment rails, you will be supporting the wider team to make informed decisions, making a meaningful impact on the build and delivery of Form3’s US Payments products.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate effectively across the FedNow, RTP, Fedwire, Zelle and ACH product lines, working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of payments solutions.</li> <li>Partner with the wider business to initiate and support the build of future products, such as Form3’s Zelle, Fedwire and ACH gateways.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to translate product vision into actionable requirements.</li> <li>Become a Subject Matter Expert on Form3’s full US payments product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvement.</li> <li>Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing data.</li> <li>Develop a high-level understanding of the overall US product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisation.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong> <strong>🔍</strong></p> <p>Form3’s Product team is a central function to the success of our US offering, we're therefore looking for an ambitious and versatile Product Owner who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a close-knit and delivery focused team.</p> <p><strong>Essential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Over 3 years experience in a Product Owner (Business Analyst) role.</li> <li>Experienced working on US Payment gateway products (e.g. FedNow; RTP; ACH; Fedwire; Zelle), with in-depth knowledge of how these schemes work.</li> <li>Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional features and non-functional specifications.</li> <li>Technical experience working with API and/or cloud-based product offerings.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Understanding of the full product development lifecycle.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, particularly within Engineering.</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working on Zelle products, with demonstrated understanding of how Zelle differs to other US payment schemes and experience of implementing Zelle gateways.</li> <li>Experience within an external-facing role, in which partnering with customers / clients has been a core responsibility.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE TEAM </strong><strong>👥</strong></p> <p>Form3’s Product Team are the backbone of our ground-breaking services, holding responsibility for creating and developing real-time, cutting-edge payments technology products for our full scope of financial services customers.
