Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze statistical data and market reports to identify quality issues.
- Investigate and implement containment solutions to mitigate market problems.
- Develop and execute solutions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Communicate ongoing issues to the service market and lead cross-functional quality initiatives.
Requirements:
