About the role
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to drive business to deliver the revenue targets and KPIs to meet the overall GTS business objectives.
- Align with the respective RMs on the overall account plan and customer segment targets.
- Work with the Relationship Managers, GTS Product, GTS Implementation, T&O and relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed solutions.
- Support the network by translating the referrals into revenue.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities and translate opportunities into business requirements.
Requirements:
- Master Degree/University Degree education level, preferable majored in Business Management/Economics/Finance.
- P&L responsibilities in the GTS business as a sales specialist with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong GTS product knowledge with strong sales and commercial orientation.
- Able to perform in a matrix organization in a regional structure with good alignment skills.
- People Management/Coaching skills (preferred).
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Good team player.
- Good command of English with the ability to read/write/speak Chinese.
- Credit experience/knowledge (preferred).
- Presentation skills.
