About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional for product sourcing in two-step dropshipping with a focus on items offering next-day delivery and a strong return policy. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in product hunting for two-step dropshipping and must be prepared to demonstrate their previous experience during the interview.
Key Responsibilities:
Source products with next-day delivery and reliable return policies for Walmart.com.
Develop and manage supplier relationships to support two-step dropshipping operations.
Lead and manage a team to expand listings and grow the business.
Hire, train, and oversee employees to support operational growth.
Share a detailed method for finding new suppliers during the interview process.
Leverage buybox strategies and software tools to optimize performance (experience is a plus).
Maintain records and workflows using Google Sheets.
Requirements
Proven experience in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong leadership abilities to manage and grow a team.
High level of respect, loyalty, and professionalism.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use various tools and software effectively.
In-depth knowledge of Walmart’s marketplace and familiarity with other marketplaces is a plus.
Experience with buybox strategies and relevant software is an advantage.

Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Preferred time: 2:00 PM US time)
Location: Remote (Must be able to work during EST hours)
