We have created Cicero (AI platform), a revolutionary role-playing solution designed to supercharge workforce capabilities across sales, leadership, and customer support functions.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Position Summary</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Engage members at our in-store kiosk by guiding them through the Cicero web app to discover personalized charcuterie recommendations. Create memorable tasting experiences that drive product sales while introducing members to digital tools that enhance their shopping journey.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Greet members and invite them to explore the Cicero&nbsp;charcuterie&nbsp;recommendation app at the kiosk station. </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Walk members through the app interface, helping them input preferences for occasions, flavor profiles, and needs. </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain an appealing, sanitary kiosk display with proper guidance and friendly fact disclosure. </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Answer member questions about the technology and purpose. </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collect formal and informal feedback on the app experience to support ongoing improvements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Previous&nbsp;retail, food service, or demonstration experience preferred. </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfortable learning and explaining app-based tools to customers with varying tech familiarity. </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong verbal communication skills. </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to stand for extended periods.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Schedule</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Weekend availability required.
