We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist who values an enjoyable work atmosphere and will make the difference in the mobile gaming industry.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (engineering or related fields is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand game systems and logic
• A product-oriented mindset with curiosity about how games perform and improve
• Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry
• Understanding of player behavior and the ability to use data to evaluate and improve gameplay, level balance, and player experience
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• No need to have prior experience, your enthusiasm and determination is the key

What You Will Do:

• Conduct thorough testing of game features, content, and releases throughout the development cycle, identifying gameplay issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Design and create game levels, ensuring balance, flow, and engaging player experiences
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and art team members to implement and refine game content
• Support gameplay evaluation and contribute insights to improve game mechanics, including occasional data-informed observations
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor games to support informed design decisions
