About the role
- Opportunity to work in a global dev infra product
- Work on an open source product. Engage with the community. Evangelise the product.
- Founding team from IITs who are/have been devs themselves
- Backed by YC and some of the prominent VCs in the US.
- People who have interest in observability domain and atleast 1+ years engineering experience
- People who have worked with customers in past, love explaining technical concepts to potential users & customers
- People who have been solution architects in past roles may be a good fit
- Interest in startups. If you are an ex-entrepreneur, we would love to chat with you
- The role is completely remote, with options to work in US/EU/IN time zone. Please specify your preference in the questionnaire below
- Take first call with prospects and explain them about SigNoz product features
- Help get customers becomes successful with the product
- Maintain documentation of different modules in the product and create tutorials about them
