<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>● Deliver product training to client users and manage the whole lifecycle<br>● Create customized product training content for the client users<br>● Mentor project consultants on the training lifecycle of HighRadius Order to Cash management system products for global clients<br>● Review and validate product training materials created by the project consultants<br>● Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated HighRadius products<br>● Enable training consultants to deliver an effective product training to our clients<br>● Deliver training to client users based on support requests and manage the whole lifecycle<br>● Analyze the Day in Life of client users to understand their usage patterns and concerns<br>● Improve the training process by analyzing the client feedback and support tickets<br>● Enable the consulting client users to access training post go-live, by creating project-specific LMS pages<br>● Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure all training content is updated and accurate<br>● Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover,<br>● Go-live and hyper care<br>● Prior knowledge and experience of technical training delivery and content creation<br>● Prior knowledge of Order to Cash process will be a plus<br>● Prior experience with training clients on SaaS products will be a plus</p>
<p><strong>Skill & Experience Needed</strong></p>
<p>● Overall 3-6 years of professional services experience.<br>● Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes).<br>● Location: Hyderabad.<br>● Mandatory: Good communication skills, Excellent Time Management skills, Good Analytical Skills, Good<br>● problem solving skills, Good presentation skills, Organizational skills, Collaboration skills, Conflict<br>● Resolution skills, Training Aptitude, Technical Inclination, Team Player.<br>● Desirable: Exposure to international clients / projects, Exposure to Functional consulting roles<br>● Experience in following the established processes/standards/templates to achieve successful results.</p>
