We’re a well-funded startup led by a successful repeat founder and backed by top investors.</p> <h3>The Role</h3> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Product &amp; UX Designer,&nbsp;</strong>someone obsessed with understanding user needs, translating vision into product, and bridging the gap between ideas and execution. This is not a typical visual designer role. We’re seeking someone who thinks in systems, maps complex processes into intuitive experiences, and works directly with leadership, users, and engineers to bring a new category-defining product to life. This is a remote role based in the United States.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Translate founder and stakeholder vision into structured product flows, wireframes, and functional user journeys</li> <li>Engage directly with users to understand workflows, frustrations, and hidden needs</li> <li>Lead discovery interviews, usability testing, and iterative design validation</li> <li>Define UX architecture for complex, enterprise-facing features and AI-assisted workflows</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define MVPs and shape delivery</li> <li>Help build and scale a UX culture</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in UX strategy, product design, or systems design—ideally in enterprise SaaS</li> <li>Strong experience mapping multi-step workflows, personas, and systems-thinking approaches</li> <li>Exceptional communication and synthesis skills—you make complexity feel simple and elegant</li> <li>A builder’s mindset: excited to help shape early product structure, feedback loops, and feature prioritization</li> <li>High empathy for users and deep curiosity for how they work</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus Points</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in consulting tech, workflow tools, or platforms serving professional services</li> <li>Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or how to integrate human-AI interaction patterns</li> <li>Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (esp.
