We have placed over 800 hires across 50 different US based startups and high growth companies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Production Artist (Apparel &amp; Licensed Merchandise) – Remote</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist with experience preparing print-ready artwork for apparel, licensed merchandise, and consumer products.</p> <p>This is not a traditional graphic design role. We're specifically looking for someone who understands production workflows, technical layouts, file preparation, and the requirements needed to take artwork from concept to manufacturing.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p> <p>• Prepare production-ready artwork for apparel and licensed merchandise.<br>• Create and maintain organized Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files.<br>• Develop technical layouts, print specifications, and artwork packages for production.<br>• Ensure files meet print requirements, including color separations, bleed, placement specifications, and production standards.<br>• Work closely with design and production teams to execute revisions and maintain brand consistency.<br>• Follow style guides and approval requirements for licensed products.<br>• Support screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods.</p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <p>• Experience as a Production Artist, Apparel Graphic Artist, Technical Designer, or similar role.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.<br>• Strong understanding of print production workflows and file preparation.<br>• Experience creating:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Technical layouts</p> </li> <li> <p>Production specifications</p> </li> <li> <p>Print-ready files</p> </li> <li> <p>Color separations</p> </li> <li> <p>Art proofs<br>• Strong attention to detail and file organization.<br>• Ability to work from feedback, markups, and style guides.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Portfolio Requirements (Important)</strong></p> <p><strong>Please include examples of:</strong><br>• Technical production layouts<br>• Print-ready artwork<br>• Apparel production files<br>• Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Photoshop (.PSD) working files</p> <p>Candidates with only branding, social media, or marketing portfolios may not be considered.
