<p>The Production Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support across project management and production activities. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, maintaining documentation, and ensuring teams have the resources and information needed to execute projects efficiently. The Production Coordinator is highly detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p>
<p>Responsibilities & Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in a production, coordination, or administrative role within an agency, brand, or production environment.</li>
<li>Support day-to-day project operations including scheduling, note-taking, and task tracking.</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining project documentation such as timelines, asset trackers, and status reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics across internal teams and external partners, including meetings, deliverables, and assets.</li>
<li>Help track budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.</li>
<li>Clear communicator with the ability to follow direction and proactively support team needs.</li>
<li>Interest in production workflows, vendors, and creative project execution.</li>
