POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for safe, stable, and efficient operation of:

• LTO-520 and BTBAS synthesis & purification processes
• Container preparation (RGA) and canister quality management
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

The role ensures end-to-end production integration (Manufacturing + Container + Shipment) while meeting customer quality expectations and operational KPIs.

 

Your Role

(1) Production & Process Management

• Lead and optimize production processes for LTO-520 and BTBAS (synthesis & purification), ensuring alignment with container preparation (RGA).
• Monitor KPIs (yield, cycle time, output, filling readiness) and maintain daily communication with the operations team on plant status.

 (2) Container Preparation (RGA)

• Manage RGA processes, canister prep, acceptance criteria, standards, and cylinder traceability per batch.
• Investigate RGA failures/contamination, coordinate cylinder preparation, inspection, and release.

(3) Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)

• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and pressurized cylinders; identify unsafe conditions and drive corrective actions; lead near-miss and incident investigations (root cause analysis).
• Manage Dangerous Goods safety/regulatory compliance and participate in HAZOP and PSM activities.

(4) Engineering & Compliance

• Develop, revise, and implement SOPs/work procedures; manage change control via MOC/EAR/CADR.
• Maintain PSM documentation and regulatory compliance records; support audits and close audit findings.

(5) Maintenance & Reliability

• Ensure calibration and reliability of plant equipment; support preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment in accordance with local regulations and applicable standards.

(6) Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate with SCM on production plans, canister availability/logistics, and inventory management for raw materials, crude, and finished goods; help prevent material shortages and production delays.

(7) Quality & Customer Support

• Ensure product and container quality meet customer specifications; support customer audits and technical reviews; maintain batch traceability.
• Investigate product quality issues and customer complaints; maintain documentation and records.

 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or production engineering.
• Understanding of chemical process operation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of EHS, PSM, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with RGA, gas handling, or semiconductor materials (preferred).
• Familiarity with systems such as Basic Safety Practice, SAP, or similar tools.
• Business-level English communication.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
