Production Executive I

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Production Executive to be based in Penang, Malaysia. This position is reporting to Team Leader, Production.

As a Production Executive, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

1. Lead the operators on day-to-day operation to achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
2. Ensure that production build plans are completed on time.
3. Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
4. Train the operators in production to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
5. Compiles and monitor production rejection, waste, down time and yield.
6. Handle customer complaints, NCRs, CAPAs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
7. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

 

• Minimum education in Degree in manufacturing/Engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Candidate from medical device industry will be given priority.
